REFUND AND RETURNS POLICY

At M/s. Inno Ausbildung Private Limited, a Private Limited Company registered under the Companies Act, 2013 and recognized by the Ministry of Corporate Affairs, Government of India, we value customer satisfaction and strive to ensure a transparent and fair refund and returns process.
1. ELIGIBILITY FOR RETURNS
Products or services may be eligible for return or replacement under the following conditions:
- The item delivered is defective and/or damaged.
- The return request is initiated within [7/10/15] days of delivery.
- The product is unused, in original condition and packaging, along with all accessories, manuals, and invoices.
- For services, the request must be made prior to service completion or delivery.
Custom-built products, perishable goods, or items marked as non-returnable are not eligible for return.
2. RETURN PROCESS
To initiate a return:

- Provide order details, reason for return, and supporting evidence (photos/videos).
- Upon approval, we will coordinate the return pickup or request shipment to our designated return address.
Returns without prior authorization will not be accepted.
3. REFUND POLICY
Refunds are issued under the following conditions:
- Approved returned products received and inspected.
- Cancellation of orders prior to dispatch.
- Non-delivery of services due to technical errors or system failures (where applicable).
Refund Mode:
Refunds will be processed to the original mode of payment within 7–10 business days after approval and quality check.
4. NON-REFUNDABLE ITEMS
The following are not eligible for refunds:
- Downloadable digital products or services already rendered.
- Products returned in damaged or used condition.
- Shipping, handling, and payment gateway charges (unless fault lies with us).
5. CANCELLATION POLICY
Orders may be cancelled if:
- The service has not yet been delivered or initiated.
