It fosters critical thinking, developing problem solving ability and think out of box to solve problems faced by the society of today to build a better future. Post the year 2030 when the world will see a cutdown of 72% jobs as we see today, the students in school presently will have to be trained to create to the joblessness predicated for the future. With this in mind, Indian government and India’s think-tank Niti Aayog is on a mission to raise an army of young individuals who will be entrepreneurs with innovative ideas, scientists, thinkers and visionaries.

ATL Package 1

Atal Tinkering Lab Package 1 includes all components for electronic development, Internet of Things & sensors, original DIY STEM kits, free programming software (PictoBlox), and Smartphone app (Dabble) for a complete hands-on STEM learning experience.

Should I pay any fees in order to become an instructor?

At innolab, becoming an instructor is a free process. In fact, instructors get paid based on a revenue sharing model as given here. When an enthusiastic learner/ student buys a course from innolab, the revenue is shared between you and us. It will be sent to your bank account provided to us on a monthly basis. The number of students enrolled to your course can be seen and evaluated by you to make sure the payment is correctly distributed.

Do I any approval to get started?

All you need to do is register on the website and and get started. You can start creating your course via this link. Please note, in order to create paid courses, you’ll need to complete filling this form related to bank details.

How will I get paid?

Your payment as the instructor on innolab will be sent to your account via your bank details filled here. You are paid on a monthly basis (more details on our payment schedule for instructors can be read here).

What’s the general structure of an innolab course? What is the primary teaching method?

A standard innolab course is video-based. Courses must have at least 30 minutes of video content and at least 5 lectures or learning modules. Additional teaching tools (like assignments, quizzes, and coding exercises, etc) can be added to create a rich learning experience for students.

For courses regarding certification preparation, we also offer instructors the ability to create a Practice course. These courses are comprised solely of practice questions (more info can be viewed here).

Are there any requirements that my course must meet?

Yes. Courses must have at least 30 minutes of video content and at least 5 lectures or learning modules.

How do I get my course materials on your site?

Since we function primarily as an on-demand, video-based platform, you’ll need to upload your video files directly to innolab. In other words, students must be able to view your course lectures on the innolab platform.

In addition to our standard lecture uploader, we offer the ability to upload materials in bulk or import them via Google Drive, Dropbox, and other file storage tools.

If I sell a course on your platform, will innolab retain exclusive rights to my course?

No. Our marketplace model means that when you publish a course on our platform, you retain all the rights to your content. You simply grant us a license to host the course and make it available to our users, and to advertise your course on our platform and on third party services.

These license terms are outlined in detail in innolab’s instructor terms. You can also offer your course on other services, but we ask that your course is never offered for a lower price than on innolab.

Can you tell me more about the existing demand for my course topic on innolab?

With our Marketplace Insights tool, we offer robust reporting on student demand, search volume, and revenue for a particular topic to help you decide what course to teach. If no data exists for a topic you’re searching, it likely means that there’s an opportunity to fill this gap in the innolab marketplace and you should get started right away.

While success as an instructor on innolab is not guaranteed, this tool offers some powerful data to help you make your decision.

Will innolab promote my course?

As an instructor, you have the option to enroll in the innolab Deals Program, which is made up of two marketing channels that spotlight your course(s) in different ways.

Enrolling in the innolab Deals Program gives innolab the option to promote your course, at a discount. Selection for promotion is not guaranteed.

In addition, we provide instructors with extensive articles, resources and features at innolab to help you effectively market your course(s).

Can I teach a course in this language?

You can teach a course in any language of your choosing.

How do I create a innolab course?

Am I eligible to teach a course on any topic?

At innolab, you can definitely choose a course on any topic that you are confident about. A subject which you have either practiced a lot or preached at school, college or university. Certain subjects need practical knowledge not only theorical, for example Special Education , graphic designing etc. Please refer to our online courses list, however, for details on the topics that we do not accept.
